Ok, here’s the deal, the fee requested for advertising here on Casper-WY.com Classifieds is basically on the honor system. Minimum fee is $1.00 (one dollar), maximum fee is $250.00 (two-hundred fifty dollars) or 1% (one percent) of the sale price of the item sold, whichever is less. As an example, if you sell your item for $150, the fee would be $1.50 (one dollar and fifty cents). If you sell, for example your home, for $100,000 the advertising fee would be the $250, the maximum fee amount.

There is no up front costs to you. You may upload pictures of your item and write your own ad copy. Each ad will expire in 30 days, however, you may reset your ad for another 30 days. If it doesn’t sell in 60 days, you might consider dropping the sale price and try again.

When you sell your item please send the requested fee to the address shown below. You can save the cost of a stamp by using the PayPal link below and use your credit card for payment. Receipts: using PayPal you can print your receipt from their web interface. If you mail in your fee your cancelled check will be your receipt.

For those using the site to sell real property, keep in mind the requested fee is for your ad, not for real estate services. For real estate services you may want to contact a licensed real estate agent.
